A compilation of interfaith, inspirational songs and original dances in the tradition of Dances of Universal Peace, by Amara Wahaba Karuna. There are 26 songs, drawing from the Christian, Goddess/Earth, Islamic, Sufi, Hebrew, HIndu and Native traditions. These uplifting tunes range from quiet and deeply meditative to rousing and playful. They address themes of honoring the earth, emotional healing, devotional practice, peace and inner awareness. There are several lively Children's dances.
An accompanying manual of dance movements is available, as are the musical scores.

The mystery of love, personal and transpersonal, is explored in these original spiritual songs. If you want to be reminded of the depth and beauty possible in the path of tantric spiritual relationship, this is for you. Amara sings with backup vocalists and guitar, percussion, piano and flute in a lovely mix of styles from danceable to lullabies. The lyrics range from deep poetry, in the spirit of Rumi, to simple chants.
The tunes are upbeat and hopeful as in Love’s Song: “Love’s song will heal you and nurture your soul/Love’s song will lead you in becoming whole” with lively guitar and an engaging beat. Some give inspiration on new ways of relating without jealousy, as in the rock’n Love Song for Today: “Nobody has to fight or lie/Nobody has to scream or cry/ Our version is compersion/Where everybody wins and love has no end.” Some are all out joyous celebrations of life, as found in I Am Your Lamp, with its multilayered harmonies in a three part round singing “Today I made love with the sun/Lord of Light/ I am your lamp”.
The title cut sets a mystical tone of contemplation: “Looking through the door we both think of as you/…Inside gazing out, and I really looking in?/Just wondering about where you end and I begin”. The Divine beloved speaks in one cut saying “Are you looking for Me?/Meet me at your skin/Where I’m always loving you/Between outside and in”. Divine Beloveds invokes the names of many male and female deities from diverse traditions, with sensual vocals singing back and forth, like listening to the God and Goddess call each other by name: “Shiva/Shakti/ Govinda/Radhe/ Yah/Shekinah/ Danu/Cernunnos…” Playful, powerful and deep.

Sacred Nurturing Therapy addresses and heals the pain that many of us experienced as infants and in our birth process; especially the lack of enough skin to skin contact and breast feeding from our mothers after birth.
Using soft background music and male and female voices, this recording takes you on a gentle inner journey that has powerful and deep healing potential.
A version of inner child therapy, this session works with accessing the infant self and memories still stored in our deep subconscious and cellular memory. By using hypnotic induction, nurturing touch, invoking the Sacred, hearing another person's heartbeat and loving words, we open a direct channel back to that time and those experiences around birth. Recommended for anyone wanting more depth and satisfaction from relationships, and especially for anyone with eating disorders, addictions or fear of intimacy.
This session can be used when alone, or ideally with a friend or therapist, either male or female. The friend simply holds you close while you both listen. In this process your inner infant can release painful emotions as needed, enjoy a deep sense of satisfaction, bliss and love, and create new and more loving relationship possibilities. The simple, catchy songs are easy to sing and make learning easy by using the intuitive, musical, poetic side of the brain. Children will enjoy learning to recognize the names, images and sounds of over 35 animals, birds and insects such as a dog, cat, cow, frog, mouse, dove, otter, parrot, and bee. The young child is invited to answer the questions of Who, What, When, Where, Why and How? Playful rhymes teach these ideas along with spatial concepts of Above, Below, Behind, In Front, Beside and Inside, and leave room for your own stories to unfold.
Sound effects of animal calls and sounds enhance each tune. Sung by Amara Karuna and Robert Kelaghan. The second 20 minutes are instrumental versions of the tunes, along with animal sounds, inviting creative dance and movement. For children aged 2-5 years.
